The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian (MHA) is accepting bids from firms offering to Restoration of Fire Damaged Apartment @ Magnolia Court Apartments #D-2, Meridian, MS 39301.

Bid deadline is 3:00 p.m., May 11, 2025. The question deadline is May 7, 2025. A mandatory Pre- Bid meeting will be held April 10, 2025 @ 2 p.m., @MHA's Central Office. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and the words "RESTORATION OF FIRE DAMAGED APARTMENT @ MAGNOLIA COURT
APARTMENTS #D-2. IFB #2024-06 DEADLINE 05/11/2025 @ 3 p.m." clearly written on the outside of the sealed envelope.

The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informalities in the proposal process.
