WHEREAS, on May 6, 2009, Randolph Jennings A/K/A Randolph Jennings Jr. and Marketta Jennings aka
Marketta J. Jennings, husband and wife executed a certain Deed of Trust to Angie Dellinger, Trustee for the use and benefit of Regions Bank which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, on June 15, 2009, in Book 2376, Page 342, as Document Number 005097.

WHEREAS, Regions Bank, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C.
as Trustee by instrument
recorded in the Chancery Clerk's Office on February 28, 2025 in DT Book 3320, in Page
57-58, as Document Number 202501712; and

WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Regions Bank, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said
deed of trust, will on April 24, 2025 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the
hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Lauderdale County in
Meridian, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in
Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, to wit:

Lot 3, Block 1 of and according to Normandale Subdivision, a resubdivision of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Rubush
Subdivision as shown by a map of Normandale of record in Map Book 4, Page 17 of the Chancery Clerk's records
of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, said property being situated in the City of Meridian, Lauderdale County, Mississippi
