WHEREAS, on April 11, 1988, Margaret Moffitte executed a Deed of Trust to Mitchell Howard, Jr.
Trustee, for the benefit of
United States of America,
acting through the Farmers Home Administration,
United States Department of Agriculture, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, in Book 1107 at Page 150 thereof; and

WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby,
substituted Albertelli
Law as Trustee therein, as
authorized by the terms
thereof, by instrument
recorded in the office of the
aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book DT 3287 at Page 432 thereof; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions and
stipulations as set forth
by said Deed of Trust, and having been requested by the legal holder of the
indebtedness secured and
described by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that Albertelli Law,
Substitute Trustee,
by virtue of the authority

The entire purchase price is due and payable at the
conclusion of the auction in the form of certified
funds. Insufficient funds will not be accepted and no
personal checks will be
accepted. Amounts
received in excess of the winning bid, will be refunded to the successful purchaser at the time the
foreclosure deed is delivered.

Should the undersigned become the last and highest bidder at the foreclosure sale, the Substitute Trustee
is hereby authorized to transfer and assign said bid and to convey title to said foreclosed property to the
Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, or the Secretary of Housing and
Urban Development, an Officer of the United States of
America, or whomever the undersigned shall
authorize. The statement in the Substitute Trustee's Deed that the undersigned has requested transfer of its
