WHEREAS, on the 8th day of January, 2016, Robert Reed executed a Deed of Trust in favor of Don O. Rogers, III, Trustee, to secure an
indebtedness therein
described in favor of The
Citizens National Bank of Meridian, Mississippi, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2792 beginning at page 226 among the records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and,
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will, on the 18th day of February, 2025, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during legal hours,
being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., at the front East door of the
Lauderdale County
Government Center,
612 - 22nd Avenue South, Meridian, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following-described property lying and being situated in the County of Lauderdale, State of Mississippi, being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots C, D, O and P in Block 55 of Forest Hills, the same being a Resubdivision of Brown's Subdivision of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 15 East, as per map of said
Forest Hills recorded in Map Book 2, page 36 thereof in the office of the Chancery Clerk of
Lauderdale County,
Mississippi.
Being the same property conveyed to Robert Reed by deed from Shaun Donovan, Secretary of Housing And
Urban Development of Washington, D.C., recorded 08/20/2013 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
