SEALED BIDS for the
construction of a Synthetic Turf Field Re-Turf at East Central Community College Stadium will be received at East Central Community College, 275 W Broad St, Decatur, MS
39327 Attn: Stadium Project.

The project consists of: Dismantle/Removal/Disposal Existing Turf, New synthetic turf field, or
Combination Bid. Bids will be received until 12:00 pm, CST, Thursday, March 27, 2025. Bids will
be publicly opened and read aloud at this time.

Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Mississippi, and
other applicable Mississippi statutes. Bids submitted via facsimile will not be
considered.

East Central Community College encourages all small, minority, and women business
enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all bids.
