REMOVAL & . DISPOSAL @ MHA RESIDENTIAL
HOUSING UNITS (throughout Meridian, MS)
Bid package which includes Instructions, scope of services, etc. is available at MHA, 2425 E Street, Meridian, MS 39302. Contact person
is Marcy Chatham, Director of Finance & Administration

Bid deadline is 2:00 p.m. on August 30, 2024. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and the words: "BID DOCUMENTS - RFQ
#2024-07 CURBSIDE WASTE REMOVAL - DEADLINE
08/30/2024 @ 2:00 p.m." clearly written on the outside of the
sealed envelope.
The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding
process.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on June 14, 2018, JOSHUA R. SATCHER and SARAH E. SATCHER executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Book 2941 at Page 432 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by
instrument dated July 12, 2024, and recorded on July 19, 2024 in Book 3290 at Page 229; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness having
