Crest, will apply to the
Mississippi Home Corporation for Housing Tax Credits in its 2025 Allocation Cycle.

If awarded credits, Intervest of Meridian, L.P. will acquire
Lauderdale County Properties,
a 48-unit housing community located at 421 Willow Ridge Drive, Meridian, MS 39301,
in order to rehabilitate/ reconstruct/ preserve it into a forty-eight (48) unit housing
community to be known as Willow Crest.

B. Awards based on the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders, Specification and indicated on Drawings. C. Bids submitted in duplicate on form provided, accompanied by Bid Security in form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of no less than Five percent (5%) of Base Bid.
