CARTER conveying certain real property therein
described to TITLELOGIC, INC., as Trustee, for
MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR
PRIMELENDING, A
PLAINSCAPITAL COMPANY, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi filed and recorded October 13, 2010, in Deed Book 2460, Page 212; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GITSIT Mortgage Loan Trust BBPLC1; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as
Substitute Trustee; and
