REMOVAL & . DISPOSAL @ MHA RESIDENTIAL
HOUSING UNITS (throughout Meridian, MS)
Bid package which includes Instructions, scope of services, etc. is available at MHA, 2425 E Street, Meridian, MS 39302. Contact person
is Marcy Chatham, Director of Finance & Administration

Bid deadline is 2:00 p.m. on August 30, 2024. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and the words: "BID DOCUMENTS - RFQ
#2024-07 CURBSIDE WASTE REMOVAL - DEADLINE
08/30/2024 @ 2:00 p.m." clearly written on the outside of the
sealed envelope.
The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding

A. Sealed bids for the Meridian Community College - Davidson Fine Arts Center - Theater Re-Lighting Program - Meridian, Mississippi shall be received in the Meridian Community College Facilities Management Conference Room, 910 Highway 19 North, Meridian, Mississippi until 10:00 AM CST, September 10, 2024 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. B. Awards based on the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders, Specification and indicated on Drawings. C. Bids submitted in duplicate on form provided, accompanied by Bid Security in form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of no less than Five percent (5%) of Base Bid.
