Sealed bids will be received by the Mississippi Band of
Choctaw Indians at the
Choctaw Health Center
until the hour of 2:00 PM on the 7th day of April 2025 for the purchase of VERKADA CAMERA EQUIPMENT @ 29
LOCATIONS. Please see attached speciation's for your bidding purpose. No
Substitutions will be
allowed. The bidding process will be controlled by the terms outlined in the Revised
Financial Policies and Revised Procurement Policies of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. It is incumbent upon each bidder to understand the requirements and any
classification must be obtained prior to the date and time set for the bid opening. Bids must be signed and must be
submitted on company
letterhead with the pricing to the specified information
provided. The lowest and best bid will be considered. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the
bidding process. This will not be a public bid opening. Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians adheres to
Indian preference and hiring and contracting.
