The Lauderdale County Board of Education will "Sale
Surplus School
Property" that has been
declared "disposal" and no longer serviceable to the
Lauderdale County School District through Central Bidding Auction House and the Mississippi Agency Bid Bank as noted under MS Code 17-25-25. All information regarding the "Sale of Surplus Property" for the Lauderdale County School District can be obtained www.centralbidding.com

Said bidding for "Sale of Surplus Property" Bid Number 25-1443 shall start on
Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 9:00 am and close on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 9:00 am.

The bid opening will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 9:00 am via Central Bidding.

The listing of surplus items to be sold under "Sale of Surplus School Property, Bid # 25-1443 can be obtained from the
Office of the Lauderdale
County Superintendent of Education, 301 46th Court, Meridian, MS 39305, or by calling (601) 693-1683. All
bidding must be submitted
online at www.centralbidding.com without exception.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on November 3, 2021, BOBBIE B. GRAYSON executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Book 3137 at Page 644 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by
instrument dated June 17, 2024, and recorded on June 21, 2024 in Book 3285 at Page 630; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
