You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Emalee Tindle, Petitioner seeking to Transfer Jurisdiction of this matter from the Lauderdale Youth Court to the Clarke County Chancery Court.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Motion filed against you in this action at 3:30 o'clock p.m. on the 20th day of February 2025, in the Youth Court Courtroom of the Lauderdale County Juvenile Center located in Meridian, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Motion.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
