You have been made a
Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Pamela Ann Lunsford, seeking an
adjudication of Heirship of John Lunsford, Jr., Deceased.

You are required to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action on April 2, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. in the courtroom of Chancellor Austin Terry at the
Lauderdale County
Courthouse, 612 22nd Ave. South, Meridian,
Mississippi 39301, and in case you ail to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Determine Wrongful Death Beneficiaries.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR, AND FAILURE TO APPEAR WIL RSULT IN JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE MOTION. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FILE AN ANSWER.
