Defendant in the petition filed in this Court in Civil Action No 24-1034-AT, seeking a
determination of the heirs at law and to Probate Will in Solem Form.

Respondents other than you in this action are: Shirley Castro.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the
complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 8:45 o'clock a.m. on the 4 day of April , 2025, in the courtroom of the Lauderdale County Chancery Courthouse at 612 22nd Avenue South, 2nd Floor, Meridian, MS 39301, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on November 3, 2021, BOBBIE B. GRAYSON executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Book 3137 at Page 633 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by
instrument dated June 17, 2024, and recorded on June 21, 2024 in Book 3285 at Page 632; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness having
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale.

NOW THEREFORE, I, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR,
Substitute Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on AUGUST 20, 2024, offer for sale at public outcry, and sell within legal hours, (being between the hours of 11:00 A. M. and 4:00 P. M.) at the front door entrance of the County
