PAYNE, JR., seeking to have LYNDA CLAYTON WARD PAYNE, MARY ELIZABETH
PAYNE, and ROBERT
EMMITT PAYNE, III declared to be the heirs-at-law of
ROBERT EMMITT PAYNE, JR., Deceased, who died on April 15, 2024, a
resident of the County of
Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, State of
Mississippi, and for other relief requested in the Petition. Defendants other than you in this action are any unknown heirs-at-law or next of
kin of the Decedent
