You must also file the original of your Response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward. Note that this matter has been scheduled for a Hearing by the Court on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Lauderdale County Chancery Courthouse, located at 612 South 22nd Avenue, South, 2nd Floor, before Judge Austin Terry.
