Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Pamela Ann Lunsford, seeking an
adjudication of Heirship of John Lunsford, Jr., Deceased.

You are required to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action on April 22, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the courtroom of
Chancellor Austin Terry at the
Lauderdale County
Courthouse, 612 22nd Ave. South, Meridian,
Mississippi 39301,and in case you fail to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Determine Wrongful Death Beneficiaries.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR, AND FAILURE TO APPEAR WILL RESULT IN JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE MOTION. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FILE AN ANSWER. WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness having
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale.
