Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 15 of Hodges and Broach Survey of Lot 18 of
the Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company Subdivision, Section 6, Township 6, Range 16 East, City of Meridian, County of Lauderdale, State of
Mississippi, as per map recorded in Map Book 1, page 103 of the records of the
Chancery Clerk of
Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, and run thence West 176.90 feet, thence North
