The Petitioner herein, Scottie Wayne Pugh, has conducted a search and diligent inquiry
into the names and post office addresses of the known and unknown heirs at law of Glenn
Dewayne Pugh, deceased, and any unknown parties in interest. The known heirs at law of Glenn Dewayne Pugh are Scottie Wayne Pugh, 116 Skyline Drive, Rock Springs, WY 82901 and Jennifer Ann Pugh, 11689 Old Highway 80 West, Meridian, MS 39307.
The unknown heirs of Glenn Dewayne Pugh, deceased, and any unknown parties in
interest are summoned to appear before Judge
Amanda Rainey in the
Chancery Court of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, in the Lauderdale County
Government Senter at 612 22nd Avenue South, Meridian, MS 39301 on the 2nd day of May, 2025, at 8:45 A.M., and defnd against the Petition (Doc.#:18) filed in this Action.
In case you fail to appear and defend, a Judgment will be
entered against you for the
relief and other things
demanded in the Petition
(Doc. #: 18).
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
