NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS

You have been made a
Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Pamela Ann Lunsford, seeking an
adjudication of Heirship of John Lunsford, Jr., Deceased.

You are required to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action on April 2, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. in the courtroom of Chancellor Austin Terry at the
Lauderdale County
Courthouse, 612 22nd Ave. South, Meridian,
Mississippi 39301, and in case you ail to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Determine Wrongful Death Beneficiaries.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR, AND FAILURE TO APPEAR WIL RSULT IN JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE MOTION. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FILE AN ANSWER. If you do, you ust also file the original of your Response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on November 3, 2021, BOBBIE B. GRAYSON executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Book 3137 at Page 633 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by
instrument dated June 17, 2024, and recorded on June 21, 2024 in Book 3285 at Page 632; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness having
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale.
