TO: The Unknown heirs at law Edna Imogene Robinson whose post office address and street address are unknown after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same.
You have been made a Defendant in a Motion filed in the Court by the Administrator in
the Estate of Edna Imogene Robinson, seeking a determination of heirship of Edna Imogene Robinson, deceased. The only known interested party are Everett Robinson, Phyllis Harding, and Larry Robinson.
You are summoned to appear and defend the Motion filed against you in this action at in
the courtroom of the Chancery Court of Lauderdale County, Lauderdale County Courthouse, the city of Meridian, Mississippi, at 8:45am on the 7 th day of May, 2025 and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Motion.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you
desire.
