Plaintiff(s), to determine the heirship of Quintin Lonnie Timms, deeased.

You are summoned to appear and dfend against said
Complaint at 8;30 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2025. In the Chancery courtroom of the Lauderdale County
Courthouse at Meridian,
Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement may be entered aganst you for the money or other thigs demanded in the Complaint.

WHEREAS, on November 3, 2021, BOBBIE B. GRAYSON executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Book 3137 at Page 633 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by
instrument dated June 17, 2024, and recorded on June 21, 2024 in Book 3285 at Page 632; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
