DETERMINATION OF EIRS
COMES NOW, the
Petitioner, Brenda Ann Lee by and through her retained counsel, Attorney Peter A.
Stewart III, and Petitions this Honorable Court for a
Determination of Heirs and would respectfully submit unto the
Court the following, to-wit:
1. That William H. Lee
departed this life on or about May 11, 1976, according to the attached Death Certificate, possessed of a
residence of real property in
Lauderdale County,
Lauderdale, Mississippi; and
2. That William H. Lee
was married at the time of his passing, his wife Lula M. Lee is deceased having passed after him; and
3. That the Petitioner, Brenda Ann Lee is the granddaughter of William H. Lee, who was the father of Alberta Fluker, his sole surviving heir who is the mother of Brenda Ann Lee, the petitioner; and
4. Petitioner is an adult, feale resident citizen of Las Vegas, Nevada; and
5. That the Deceased did not leave a Last Will and
Testament, as best as
Petitioner can determine after diligent
search and inquiry; and
6. That this Court has full and complete jurisdiction of the property, effects and estate of the decedent and a
determination of heirs should be held; and
7. That Letters of
Administration have already been issue to the Petitioner as the Administrator of the Estate of William H. Lee; and
8. That to the best knowledge of the Petitioner, the Deceased departed this life seized of
various residual personal property and effects; and also certain real property located in Lauderdale County, same having a value of over
Seventy-Five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) more formly desribed as follows:

Potential Heirs should be published in
a newspaper in Lauderdale County, Mississippi for the date certain set by this
Honorable Court.
