PETITION FOR
DETERMINATION OF EIRS

COMES NOW, the
Petitioner, Brenda Ann Lee by and through her retained counsel, Attorney Peter A.
Stewart III, and Petitions this Honorable Court for a
Determination of Heirs and would respectfully submit unto the
Court the following, to-wit:

1. That Carrie Lee Naylor departed this life on April 26, 2023, possessed of a
residence of real property in
Lauderdale County,
Lauderdale, Mississippi; and

2. That Carrie Lee Naylor
resided with Matthew Naylor for more than one (1) year at the time of her passing;
and

3. That the Petitioner, Brenda Ann Lee is the biological niece of the Deceased Carrie Lee Naylor, who is the
half-sibling of Petitioner's mother Alberta Fluker; and

4. That Deceased raised the Petitioner Brenda Ann Lee as her legal guardian from the age of three (3) years
until emancipation; and

5. That the Deceased did not leave a Last Will and
Testament, as best as
Petitioner can determine after diligent
search and inquiry and
Petitioner's mother Alberta Fluker is an heir of the
Deceased; and

6. That this Court has full and complete jurisdiction of the property, effects and estate of the decedent and a
Determination of Heirs should be held on said Estate of
Carrie Lee Naylor, and a Rule 81 Summons by
Publication should be made in a newspaper published in Lauderdale County; and

WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, Brenda Ann Lee hereby petitions this
Honorable Court for
a Determination of Heirs to be held on a date set by this Court and a Notice to Potential Heirs should be published in
a newspaper in Lauderdale County, Mississippi for that date certain.

WHEREAS, on November 3, 2021, BOBBIE B. GRAYSON executed a Deed of Trust to JOHN R. GUNN, Trustee for FIRST STATE BANK, which is recorded in Book 3137 at Page 644 in the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County,
Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, FRED ANTHONY MONSOUR, was appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of JOHN R. GUNN, in said Deed of Trust by
instrument dated June 17, 2024, and recorded on June 21, 2024 in Book 3285 at Page 630; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
