TO SERVE AS COUNTY DEPOSITORIES

As provided by law in Article 3, Chapter 105 title 27 Mississippi Code of 1972, the Lauderdale
County Board of Supervisors will receive competitive bids at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 7
, 2025 from various banks and savings and loan institutions in this locally proposing to serve
as County Depositories for the years 2025-2027.

All bids shall be made in writing and shall designate the kind of securities proposed to be
given as security for county funds to be deposited
according to the requirements set out in
Section 27-105-315,
Mississippi Code of 1972.

The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to the rules
of receiving and depositing funds under its control as provided Section 27-105-327, Mississippi
Code of 1972, and pursuant to rules promulgated by the Board of Supervisors there under.

All bids shall be signed, sealed and identified on outside of
envelope and filed with the Clerk
of the Board of Supervisors at her office in the Lauderdale County Government Complex,
Meridian, Mississippi to be opened at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 7, 2025.
