A. Sealed bids for the Meridian Community College - HVAC Replacement - Rush Hall - Meridian, Mississippi shall be received in the Meridian Community College Facilities Management
Conference Room, 910
Highway 19 North, Meridian, Mississippi until 10:00 AM CDT, April 7, 2025 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. In addition, Electronic Bids will be received until 10:00 AM CDT, April 7, 2025, via electronic online bid
submission through
www.meridianccbids.com.
B. Awards based on the
conditions stated in the
Instructions to Bidders,
Specification and
indicated on Drawings.
Construction Documents may be obtained online at
www.meridianccbids.com.
C. Bids submitted in duplicate on form provided,
accompanied by Bid Security in form of a Bid Bond or
Certified Check in the amount of no less than Five percent (5%) of Base Bid. Bids
received on or before time and date stated for opening of Bids; no bid may be withdrawn after
opening of bids for a period of 60 days.
D. Bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a prime
contractor or subcontractor must comply
with Sections 31-3-13 (f), Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended by Chapter 505, General Laws of Mississippi of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors.
E. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Meridian Community College Facilities Management
Conference Room.
F. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
G. Publish 8 March 2025 and 15 March 2025
