TO: all unknown heirs at law of Corey Matthew Ford, deceased.

You have been made a
Defendant in Lauderdale County Chancery Court Civil Action No. 25-202(AT)
(Estate of Corey Matthew Ford) by Brice Ford as
Administrator and Petitioner to a Motion to Determine Heirs at
Law.

After diligent inquiry performed by Administrator Brice Ford, Administrator Brice Ford believes Administrator Brice Ford, is the sole heir at law of the Decedent, Corey Matthew Ford). The post office address of any said Defendants (all those unknown persons
claiming to be heirs at law of the Decedent, Corey Matthew Ford) is not known to
Administrator Brice Ford after diligent inquiry
performed by Administrator Brice Ford.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the
complaint or petition to
determine heirs at law
filed against you in this action at 8:30 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2025 in the
Lauderdale County
Chancery Court Courtroom in Meridian, Mississippi.

Your failure to appear and
defend, will result in a
judgment against you as the Court will enter an Order
Determining Heirs at law of the
Deceased, among any other relief that may be granted to Petitioner.

answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
