WHEREAS, on November 19, 2007, Jason O. Harper, an unmarried person, executed a
Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage Corporation, 620
Market Street One Centre Square, Knoxville, Tennessee 37902 as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of
Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, in Book 2273 at Page 165 as
Instrument #011381, reference to which is hereby made; and,

WHEREAS, said 21st
Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated February 11, 2025, duly spread upon the record and recorded in Book 3318 at Page 347 as Instrument 202501084, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid, did substitute the undersigned Jana Nye Manlove in the place and stead of the original Trustee and of any other Substituted Trustee; and,

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and
payable in accordance

08 degrees 50 minutes 28 seconds East 149.15 feet to an iron pin set; thence
South 68 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds East 299.59 feet to an iron pin set on the
west right-of-way line of Jeff Davis School Road; thence South 08 degrees 50
minutes 28 seconds West 149.15 feet along said
right-of-way line to the Point of
