The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian is seeking a qualified firm to provide annual Uniform Physical Condition Standards' (UPCS)
Inspections for approximately 977 public housing units.
RFP package which includes instructions, scope of services, etc. is available at 2425 E Street, Meridian, MS 39301, Phone 601-227-6353 (Marcy Chatham), E-Mail mchatham@meridianhousing.net
Submission deadline is April 25, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with proposer's name and address and the words "UPCS
INSPECTIONS - RFP
#2025-04 Deadline 4/25/2025 @ 2p.m." clearly written on the outside of the sealed envelope.
The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and waive any informalities in the solicitation process.
