Meridian, MS 39307 or PO Box 4128 Meridian, MS 39304; until 10:00 am, April 29, 2025 for the following services: Waste Collection Services for EMSH (all campuses). Detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the Resource Management
Director by calling
(601)581-7666 or in person from East MS State Hospital, 5701 North Hills Street,
Meridian, MS 39307 in
the S-Building Room 07 or from the MS Procurement Opportunity Search Portal,
https://www.mww.gov/dfa/contract_bid_search. The Rfx number is 3160007279

Electronic bids may be
submitted in MAGIC at the above website. Paper bids should be sealed in an
envelope and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope: Waste Collection Services
Bid #25-1 and either mailed or delivered to East MS State Hospital at the address above. The deadline for receiving
bids is Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 10:00 am; at which time they will be reviewed and matched with the criteria stated in the Bid Documents.

EMSH reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and waive informalities.
