You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Matthew Sam, Jr. seeking to have Matthew Sam, Jr., Valerie Denise Sam and Christopher Allen Sam established as the sole and only heirs-at-law of Matthew Sam, Sr., deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this matter at 8:45 A.M. on the 8th day of April 2025, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lauderdale County Courthouse in
Meridian, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
