of whose names, post office addresses, street addresses, and places of
residence are unknown after diligent search and inquiry

You have been made a
Defendant named in the
MOTION TO DETERMINE HEIRS,
filed in this Court for
determination of heirs of of ROBERT EMMITT
PAYNE, JR., seeking to have LYNDA CLAYTON WARD PAYNE, MARY ELIZABETH
PAYNE, and ROBERT EMMITT PAYNE, III declared to be the heirs-at-law of
ROBERT EMMITT PAYNE, JR., Deceased, who died on April 15, 2024, a
resident of the County of
Lauderdale County,
Mississippi, State of
Mississippi, and for other relief requested in the Petition. Defendants other than you in this action are any unknown heirs-at-law or next of
kin of the Decedent.

NOTICE TO DEFENDANT OF HEARING

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action in the Lauderdale County Courthouse located at
Meridian, Mississippi, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. on the 22nd day of April, 2025, before the Honorable Amanda Rainey, Chancellor, and in case of
your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be
entered against you for the money or other things
demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
