office, street address, and place of abode is unknown to the Plaintiff after diligent search.

You have been made a
Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by ROBERT GLENN CLARK,
the Plaintiff, who is seeking Termination of Parental Rights. Defendants in this action are SHANIKASHANA TERRY and UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHER.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the
Complaint for Termination of Parental
Rights filed by the Plaintiff against you in this action at 1:15 pm on the 18th day of March, 2025 before
the Honorable Judge Rainey in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lauderdale County
Courthouse in
Meridian, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against
you for the money or other things demanded in the
Complaint.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
